Relaunch/Development
To ensure that the website of Leibniz Universität and its organisational units continue to meet the requirements of a modern, user-friendly website, the Presidential Board of Leibniz Universität decided to relaunch the university websites.
In March 2018, the central website went online. Shortly afterwards, our faculty website followed as one of the first decentralized websites. By 2020, the project "Relaunch of the decentralized websites at Leibniz Universität Hannover" will be completed under the direction of LUIS.
Staff Training
The websites of Leibniz Universität Hannover are created and maintained using the content management system TYPO3. Leibniz Universität IT Services (LUIS) regularly offers courses over two mornings on the basics of editorial work in TYPO3.
